Normandy Property Assist is a family business which we, Francois and Effie Iorsch, run from our own home in Normandy.

Let us do the legwork for you and make your house-hunting in Normandy successful. You want to feel confident and enjoy the exciting experience that purchasing a home in France should be.  We want to share with you our knowledge of Normandy and our expertise in the French property market to help you find your dream home in Normandy.

With hundreds of available properties on our website and access to many more via our French real estate agents throughout Normandy - Orne, Calvados and Eure  - if you don't at first see what you are looking for we will search the market and find the right property for you. We will be with you at every turn providing translation of French property details, accompanying you on your visits of properties and answering your questions.

Once you find the right property we will advise you on making an offer, this is much the same as when purchasing in England. Because we work closely with the Estate Agents here we will know if the owner is open to taking an offer or perhaps in a rush to sell etc. and we will negotiate the purchase for you.

Our services continue beyond completion of your purchase to include settling you into your new home and advice and assistance with regard to anything from undertaking building work to renting out your property.  Because we live here we know everybody personally from French immobiliers to English builders. We give you as much or as little help as you want.

We charge a 1800.00 euro + VAT fee for finding your property and taking you smoothly through the purchase process from start to completion.(See our terms and conditions for a breakdown of our services).
